International Service Disruption

Due to recent cases of COVID outbreaks in certain countries, international shipping services will be temporarily suspended through USPS shipping. For more information on whether your country is on the list of suspended shipping, please refer to the USPS website for details on affected countries and service disruptions.

Australia and New Zealand customers: please note that shipping suspension applies to all First Class International and Priority International mail services until further notice.

Updated Shipping Calculation

The PFH online store has been updated recently to a new shipping price calculation function. Please note that large orders and international orders made prior to November 25th, 2021 may face adjusted shipping fees due to price changes with USPS shipping services. Orders that have adjusted shipping rates will be contacted via email from our fulfillment team with instructions on how to amend price differences.

All shipping methods on our store now have adjusted rates to reflect the newest prices from USPS, including domestic Medial Mail and Priority Mail.

EU and UK Shipping

UK shipment restrictions have now been lifted, customers are allowed to purchase directly from our webstore. Please note that Express Mail shipments to the UK are currently suspended, First Class and Priority International are still available as of today. EU shipments are currently still facing delays in several countries, please check with your local post for more information on parcel delays.

China Shipping

Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 and import restrictions in China, international shipments are temporarily suspended and delayed. With current restrictions on book imports, please be aware that we also cannot guarantee that your order will not be detained by customs, so please place your orders at your own risk.
